Since 2019, Amit has been with Bunge Canada, leading Quality & Food Safety (QFS) function for 9 manufacturing locations (3 direct reports and 9 indirect reports). Prior to this, Amit was PepsiCo foods’ Regional Quality Food Safety Manager (RQFSM), supporting 8 Frito Lay & Quaker plants in Canada on FSMA everyday audit readiness, Quality and Food Safety Initiatives.

Previously Amit lead Quality initiatives for Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, Kraft Canada Inc., and other multinationals. Amit has numerous GFSI-recognized designations and an MBA Food & Agribusiness from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
