Quality control and Food Safety Manager

Samuel is a graduate in Restaurant Management from college and Food Technology & Safety from the University of Montreal, with a passion for food safety and restaurant operations. After gaining experience as a Quality Control Technician in a food plant, Samuel joined MTY Group in 2018 as a Food Safety Coordinator.

Now serving as the Food Safety Manager, he oversees, with his team and various operations teams, hygiene & food safety across 55+ restaurant brands and over 2,700 locations across Canada. Samuel has extensive HACCP experience, bringing his knowledge of food safety to help MTY restaurants access the tools they need. His work focuses on maintaining high standards of safety and compliance, allowing restaurants to thrive while offering customers a safe and enjoyable environment.
