I’m a seasoned professional with dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Food Safety, backed by a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry. With expertise in regulatory affairs, quality control, and risk assessment, I bring a robust skill set including certifications in HACCP, SQF, and PCQI, along with fluency in multiple languages.

My career spans pivotal roles managing food safety and regulatory compliance for international markets at companies like Dollarama LP, Brecon Foods, and Nu-b Inc. Additionally, I consult on regulatory matters for clients entering the Canadian and US markets. Teaching at McGill University allows me to share insights on food safety and quality regulation.

I’m dedicated to ensuring product safety, driving compliance, and fostering quality excellence across industries through proactive management and cross-functional collaboration.
