Maida Duric is a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Nestlé Health Science, a large manufacturer of medical and specialty nutrition products, serving as Regulatory lead for several special dietary use food categories. Maida has also held Regulatory roles at General Mills, responsible for regulatory oversight of a variety of food categories including snack products, refrigerated goods, frozen meals/vegetables, and shelf-stable meals and side dishes; as well as Regulatory and Quality Assurance roles at Maple Leaf Foods, where she played a key role in the implementation of a new labelling system. Maida has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Health & Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph.
