Ana Lozano is a food safety leader with over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors of the food industry. With a professional background covering quality control management, quality assurance, and laboratory supervision, she brings both technical depth and practical insight to the challenges food manufacturers face every day. She is currently Technical Solution Specialist Manager for Neogen’s Food Safety Division in USAC and is known for helping food manufacturers strengthen their food safety programs through practical, science-based solutions. She holds an MSc in Food Safety Quality Assurance and a BSc in Microbiology.
