Sonny Brar

Sonny Brar is currently the Global Vice President of Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs for one of largest manufacturer of baked goods-Fiera Foods. Sonny’s role ensures overall compliance with quality assurance, food safety and workplace safety law. Sonny oversees regulatory compliance for North America, China, Japan,and Mexico. Sonny has also been a lecturer of Food Safety and Centre for Disease Control at York University. 

Previously to this, Sonny had similar leadership and executive roles for IKEA Canada, Maple Leaf Foods Canada, Toys“R”Usand Babies“R”Us and Sobeys Canada. Sonny also comes with his Master of Business Administration(MBA)from Australian Institute of Business.
