Angela Bernoski

Director of Quality Assurance & Food Safety

Angela is a dynamic food safety and quality leader with 25 plus years of progressive experience in food safety, quality management, policy and procedure development, process validation, project management, process improvement, plant sanitation, legislation and compliance regulations.

Angela is the Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety for Piller’s Fine Foods a Division of Premium Brands Operating Limited Partnership.  She leads the Quality teams at three manufacturing facilities and the companies warehouse.

She is a long-standing member of the Ontario Food Protection Association.  She joined the board of directors in 2015 and eventually became the President of the association in 2020.

Angela is the award recipient of the 2017 Food Safety Recognition Award for Leadership, presented by NSF International.

Angela also participates on the Program Advisory Committee for Conestoga College’s Food Processing Institute where she volunteer’s her time to help the college keep their programs current with industry and helps mentor students looking to enter the food industry.
